Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain solar systems in accordance with industry standards and company protocols
Safely handle and operate tools, equipment, and materials utilized in solar installation
Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
Communicate with team members and customers in a courteous and professional manner
Accurately document and report progress, issues, and resolutions of solar installations
Requirements:
High school Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience with installation or construction work is preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
