Job Description
OriginSolarUSA is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions and recommendations, and maintaining accurate customer records.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for renewable energy. Experience in customer service and knowledge of solar energy systems is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and emails and respond promptly and professionally
Provide detailed information on solar energy systems, installation processes, and pricing options
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
Work closely with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless customer service experience
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
